Músicos e outras personalidades lamentam nesta segunda-feira a morte de David Bowie. No Twitter e Facebook pipocam mensagens em homenagem ao músico. “Tão sortuda por ter te conhecido! Hot tramp, I love you so!”, escreveu a cantora Madonna, citando a canção Rebel Rebel.

“David Bowie, você fará gravemente falta. As mudanças de Bowie e a história das músicas do Ziggy (referência ao álbum The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars, que tratava de um músico ficcional chamado Ziggy Stardust) foram uma grande influência para mim”, declarou Gene Simmons, do Kiss. Houve manifestações nas páginas oficiais de bandas, como os Pixies, que postaram uma foto com Bowie. Novos nomes da música, como Louis Tomlinson, do One Direction, também prestaram condolências.
Às 5h, o filho de Bowie, Duncan Jones, confirmou a morte no Twitter, com uma foto dos dois juntos.
